Powder spraying is the process of spraying a powder coating on the surface of an aluminum alloy substrate through electrostatic action. The adhesion, weather resistance, peeling resistance, and UV resistance of its coating are strong, and the coating is dense, which is incomparable to general surface treatment of aluminum profiles. The spraying effect is superior to the painting process in terms of mechanical strength and aging resistance, and the cost is also lower than the same effect of painting.
The powder spraying process adopts green and environmentally friendly technology, which does not contain solvents or volatile toxic substances, does not pollute the environment, and the powder can be recycled. It has the characteristics of energy conservation, safety, and less pollution. The powder spraying aluminum profile has a service life of 30 years under normal conditions. Its surface coating does not fade, discolor, or crack within 5-10 years, with uniform film thickness. Its weather resistance and corrosion resistance are superior to ordinary aluminum materials.

Chromizing purpose: To generate a fine and stable chromium coating on the surface of aluminum materials. This film layer has certain wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and good adsorption ability, which improves the adhesion of the coating during painting.
Solidification: Powder spraying undergoes high-temperature baking, leveling and solidification to form final coatings with varying effects; In powder spraying, the baking and solidify temperature and time of powder coatings play a decisive role in the solidify performance of the coating film. Therefore, it is necessary to undergo multiple tests and classify the sprayed objects reasonably to determine the number and arrangement of hanging parts, as well as the corresponding baking and curing temperature and time, in order to ensure the quality of the coated products.
